1. Data We Collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and name. For purchases, we store order records including product, amount, and transaction ID. For ClutchTrak, we store session telemetry (kills, deaths, shots, movement) synced from your device.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe and Mercado Pago. We do not store your credit card number — it is handled entirely by the payment processor.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in AWS. Global site data is in US/EU regions. BR site data is in South America (Sao Paulo).
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel on BR site) to understand site usage. You can disable analytics cookies via the cookie banner.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@clutchfire.works to exercise these rights.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. ClutchTrak session data is retained while you have an active Pro subscription. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
7. LGPD / GDPR
We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For BR-specific requests, email hello@clutchfire.com.br
