Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clutchfire websites (clutchfire.works, clutchfire.com.br), mobile apps, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Digital Products
STL files, firmware, and other digital products are licensed, not sold. You may print and use them for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the files without written permission.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (Lab Builders, ClutchTrak Pro, Field Pack) auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account or via the billing portal. Free trials are provided without charge for the trial period; after the trial ends, your payment method will be charged.
4. Refunds
Digital products (STL files, firmware) are non-refundable once downloaded. Subscription payments are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the billing period. Physical products (BR store) follow Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC).
5. ClutchTrak Data
Session data (kills, deaths, shots, movement) is stored in our cloud for Pro subscribers. You can request data deletion at any time. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Clutchfire products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. 3D printed parts may fail under stress. Always wear proper eye protection when using airsoft equipment.
